Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Humare tamam products handmade aur natural hote hain, is wajah se return ya exchange ki general policy nahi hai.

  • Baraye meherbani order place karne se pehle product details ko achi tarah parh len.

2. Refund Eligibility (Only for Damaged/Defective Items)

Agar aapko product:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, ya

  • Incorrect item mila hai,

to aap refund ya replacement ke liye eligible hain — lekin sirf agar aap 48 ghantay ke andar humein contact karte hain.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email karein humare customer support pe: rosydeworganics@gmail.com

  • Email mein include karein:

    • Order number

    • Damaged product ki clear photos/videos

    • Problem ki short description

Note: Without proof, hum claim process nahi kar sakte.

4. Refund Processing

  • Agar claim approve ho jata hai to hum:

    • Replacement bhejte hain ya

    • Refund karte hain (sirf in rare cases)

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Hum refund nahi karte agar:

  • Product use ho chuka ho

  • Customer ko personal dislike ho (e.g. fragrance, texture, etc.)

  • Late complaint ho (48 hours se zyada)

6. Exchange Policy

Hum exchange sirf us surat mein karte hain jab galti humari taraf se ho — jaise wrong item shipped ya damaged on arrival.
