Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Hum aapka order 1–3 business days mein process karte hain.

  • Orders jo weekend (Saturday–Sunday) ya public holiday pe kiye jate hain, wo agle working day se process honge.

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually hoti hai 3–7 business days mein, location ke mutabiq.

  • Remote ya door-daraz ilaqon mein delivery mein thoda extra waqt lag sakta hai.

  • Delivery sirf Pakistan ke andar hoti hai (agar international karte hain to mention kar dein).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply hoti hain (Rs. [Insert Amount] ya "free delivery over Rs. XXXX").

  • Final delivery charges checkout page pe clearly mention kiye jate hain.

4. Courier Services

  • Hum trusted 3rd party courier services ka use karte hain (e.g., TCS, Leopard, M&P, etc.).

  • Tracking number diya jata hai jab order ship ho jata hai.

5. Delays & Issues

  • Courier delay ya weather conditions ki wajah se delivery late ho sakti hai.

  • Hum ensure karte hain ke order safe aur timely deliver ho, lekin unforeseen issues ke zimmedar courier service hoti hai.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customer ki zimmedari hai ke sahi aur complete address provide karein.

  • Agar wrong address diya gaya to re-delivery charges apply ho sakte hain.

7. Order Confirmation

  • Order place karne ke baad, aapko email ya WhatsApp confirmation milay ga.

  • Agar 24 ghantay mein confirmation na mile, to barah-e-karam humein contact karein.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Agar aapka parcel damage ya incomplete mile, to 48 ghantay ke andar humein email karein:
